Before you write to us

Is this the right way to work together?

It is a good fit if

  • You need several videos, or a series you will keep adding to
  • You have material to work from: documents, a product, a course outline
  • The videos are for a company, a team or paying customers
  • You want it handled end to end instead of learning another tool

It is probably not if

  • You need a single short clip for a personal channel
  • You want to make and edit the videos yourself
  • You are looking for live-action filming or on-site crews

In that case the app is the better route: see the plans.

Questions

Good to know

How is Full-Service Production different from a plan?+

With a plan, you make the videos yourself in the app. With this service you hand us the material and the goals, and our team writes, designs and produces the finished videos for you.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on how many videos you need, how long they are and how much source material exists. After the intro call you get one price for the whole project, agreed before any work starts.

How are the videos produced?+

Our team produces them on our own platform, the same one our customers use, which is why we can deliver a series in days or weeks rather than months. A person writes, directs and reviews every video.

What do you need from us?+

Whatever you already have: documents, slides, a wiki, a product to look at, brand guidelines. If you only have an idea, that works too, and we shape the outline with you on the call.

How long does a project take?+

Most projects are delivered in one to four weeks depending on the number of videos. You get a schedule with the proposal.

What happens after I send the form?+

We read it ourselves. If the project is a fit, you get an email within 1 to 3 business days with a link to book an intro call. If it isn't, we tell you that too when we can.
