AI results vary, and not loving an output isn't the same as the service not working; if a generation fails, its credits come back automatically. We keep real example videos of every format on the site so you can see exactly what you'll get before you pay. If you paid but never received access, or were charged twice, contact support and we'll make it right. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
